Dawn joined Clearstead in 2024 within Private Client Services to ensure delivery of high-quality service to her customers.  She is responsible for maintaining client relationships, client onboarding to include account opening and processing, facilitating money movements, preparing meeting materials, and other tasks involved with providing exceptional service to wealth management clients.

Prior to joining Clearstead, Dawn worked for PNC Bank as a Sales and Service Administrator on the Wealth Management/Hawthorn team.   She has held many customer service positions throughout her years at PNC and in the business world.  Dawn attended Kent State University and holds an Associates of Arts Degree in Business from Western International University.  In 2006 she was an Advisory Board member at the Ohio Business College.
