Ana serves as Director, Financial Reporting & Analysis for Clearstead. Prior to the April 2024 acquisition of the CAS division, the firm was defined as Wilbanks Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC (“WST”), an SEC registered investment adviser headquartered in Norfolk, VA, where se served as the firm’s Controller. She was welcomed to the firm in late 2020 after her tenure as Controller at Indel Power Group where she led all accounting, treasury and financial reporting for the company.

Ana was born and raised in Brazil before moving to the U.S. for college. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M CC where she studied Marketing, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (for Accounting) and a Master of Science in Accounting from Old Dominion University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs.
