As a Trader for the firm, Khristian assists in facilitating buys and sells, raising cash and representing the firm in custodial and broker interactions. Prior to the April 2024 acquisition of the CAS division, the firm was defined as Wilbanks Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC (“WST”), an SEC registered investment adviser headquartered in Norfolk, VA. Preceding his joining of WST, Khristian assisted in optimizing wholesale clients’ businesses as well as quality control for cafes and restaurants at Counter Culture (Corporate). Former experience includes holding the position of Income Maintenance Caseworker for the Department of Social Services — where he worked with Spanish-speaking populations for a myriad of programs.

Khristian was born in Puerto Rico and relocated to Hampton Roads at a young age. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Language from Elizabeth City State University and his MBA with a concentration in Finance, from University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
