Connor is Managing Director for CAS. Prior to the April 2024 acquisition of the CAS division, the firm was defined as Wilbanks Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC (“WST”), an SEC registered investment adviser headquartered in Norfolk, VA, Connor held the role of Portfolio Manager at WST. He held the role of Equity Trader at Cantor Fitzgerald, prior to WST, where he focused on Financials and Closed-End-Fund sectors. He was responsible for delivering liquidity solutions to clients through sourcing natural order flow or committing firm capital, managing market risk and driving revenue generation for each sector. He sits on the firm’s Investment Committee.

Connor, originally born and raised in Virginia Beach, graduated from Boston University – School of Management with a BBA in Finance & Strategy. He and his wife recently relocated back to Virginia Beach from New York City.
