In his role as a Client Service Associate, Ericken focuses on CAS’ sub-advisory (Advisor Solutions) book of business and individual HNW clients, executing deliverables, facilitating data management and coordinating new investments. Prior to the April 2024 acquisition of the CAS division, the firm was defined as Wilbanks Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC (“WST”), an SEC registered investment adviser headquartered in Norfolk, VA. Preceding his joining of WST in 2019, Ericken held the position of Research Associate for a wealth management firm based in Williamsburg, VA – with responsibilities ranging from researching and preparing financial plans for delivery to delegating client service tasks and creating financial planning, project development and research/ portfolio processes.

Ericken was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area and earned his bachelor’s in business administration and management from Regent University.
