As a Client Planning Associate, Erin conducts research in support of the division and assists with custom portfolio analysis. She prepares personalized reporting materials for potential and current clients in addition to assisting Portfolio Managers in aligning client accounts with their intended objectives. Prior to the April 2024 acquisition of the CAS division, the firm was defined as Wilbanks Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC (“WST”), an SEC registered investment adviser headquartered in Norfolk, VA, where Erin worked for two years as an Operations Associate in WST’s Operations Department. Before joining the firm, Erin worked as a seasonal Criminal Research Analyst.

A native of Clarksville, MD, Erin graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and an Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Howard Community College. She relocated from Delaware to Norfolk, VA, in 2021.
