Working as a Sr. Client Service Associate, Maggie supports relationship-building and administrative aspects of the North Carolina-based client service effort. In the effort to deliver personalized service for the firm’s clients, she handles routine and complex requests, also serving as a point of contact for brokers, accountants and other parties working to preserve and grow client wealth. Prior to the April 2024 acquisition of the CAS division, the firm was defined as Wilbanks Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC (“WST”), an SEC registered investment adviser headquartered in Norfolk, VA. Preceding her joining WST in 2009, Maggie held creative and editorial responsibilities as an account manager and new business coordinator at a Chicago-based advertising firm.

Maggie earned a Political Science degree from Illinois State University.
