Ryan Stallard is Portfolio Manager/Research for CAS. Prior to the April 2024 acquisition of the CAS division, the firm was defined as Wilbanks Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC (“WST”), an SEC registered investment adviser headquartered in Norfolk, VA, where he served as a Product Associate focused on the quantitative, rules-based strategies, and was promoted to the role of Portfolio Specialist in 2021. He is responsible for distribution efforts, reporting and supporting communications with clients, intermediaries and data platforms with exposure to CAS’s products and various vehicles. In addition, he supports product management as well as being responsible for platform analysis, commentary and product positioning efforts, and oversees marketing and special projects.

Ryan, a native of Virginia Beach, graduated from Old Dominion University with a bachelor’s in Business Administration, with a major in Finance and a Minor in Economics. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
