Suzanne O’Donnell serves as a Sr. Client Service Associate, supporting Executive Managing Director, Wayne Wilbanks, with whom she has worked since 1999 at WST. Prior to the April 2024 acquisition of the CAS division, the firm was defined as Wilbanks Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC (“WST”), an SEC registered investment adviser headquartered in Norfolk, VA. Suzanne acts as a day-to-day contact for clients, facilitating account openings, transfers and routine transactions. She most enjoys relationship-building with clients, and she is proud to be an integral part of the firm’s history.

Suzanne earned a degree in Business Management from Mary Baldwin College. A native of Norfolk, she supports our local community through the American Red Cross, CHKD, and United Way.
