Brad is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Clearstead, a premier wealth management firm dedicated to delivering personalized financial solutions for prominent high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Brad brings a dynamic blend of strategic leadership, client-centric focus, and deep financial services expertise.

Since joining Clearstead in 2016, Brad has been instrumental in supporting the firm’s growth while expanding its service offerings to include comprehensive financial planning, investment management, estate planning, tax, trust, and family office services. Under Brad’s leadership, the firm has consistently delivered positive client outcomes and built a reputation for trust, integrity, and innovation.

Prior to joining Clearstead, Brad held positions at Hawthorn/PNC, KeyCorp, and McDonald & Company Investments, where he held various technical and leadership roles. His prior successes include advising individual clients and institutions on complex financial matters and building long-term strategies that align with their personal and generational goals.

Brad holds a BSBA degree from John Carroll University in Northeast Ohio. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder.

He is active in both community and professional boards which include Clearstead and Clearstead Trust, as well as a prominent private family foundation located in Cleveland Ohio. Currently Brad is Chairman of McGregor, a non-profit providing senior care services to older adults throughout northeast Ohio. In addition, Brad is a member of the Board of Directors at John Carroll University. He also serves on two advisory boards for successful private equity funds based out of New York and San Francisco, is a Board Member for Trimer Capital Advisory, and is a member of the CFA Society of Cleveland.
