Brittney Garrett is the Chief Transformation and Client Experience Officer at Clearstead, where she supports the firm’s commitment to delivering a seamless, personalized, and technology-enabled client experience. She has been working in the financial services industry since 2020 and joined Clearstead in 2025, as a shareholder.
Brittney brings expertise in operations, technology integration, and client experience strategy. Before joining Clearstead, she worked as Head of Corporate Systems Strategy at Focus Financial Partners and held key leadership roles at Ancora Holdings Group, where she redesigned operational processes and implemented technology solutions to support firm growth and client service. Throughout Brittney’s career, she has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and empowered teams to anticipate client needs and reduce friction across service touchpoints.
Brittney obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Miami University.
