Brittney Garrett

Brittney joined Clearstead in 2025 as Chief Transformation and Client Experience Officer to lead the firm’s commitment to delivering a more seamless, personalized, and technology-enabled experience for our clients. In this role, she is focused on ensuring that every touchpoint, from onboarding to ongoing service is seamless.

Working closely with our Advisors, Consultants, and Client Service Associates, Brittney helps ensure our teams are empowered with the right technology and processes to anticipate client needs, reduce friction, and make every interaction more meaningful. She also leads Clearstead’s enterprise technology strategy, overseeing digital transformation initiatives, infrastructure modernization, and the integration of systems that support our ability to serve clients better and more proactively.

Brittney brings over a decade of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in operations, and technology integration. Prior to Clearstead, she led the corporate systems strategy at Focus Financial Partners. Before that, she held key leadership roles at Ancora Holdings Group, where she redesigned operational processes and implemented technology solutions to support firm growth and client service. Brittney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Miami University
