Keith Vernon, CFA

Keith Vernon is an Executive Managing Director at Clearstead, where he leads the Pacific Northwest region and co-leads the firm’s Family Office and Ultra High Net Worth segment while serving on the firm’s leadership team. He has been working in the financial services industry since 1992 and joined Clearstead in 2026.

Keith brings expertise in family office services, investment management, and advising multi-generational families across areas including tax, estate and trust planning, philanthropy, and complex financial coordination. Before joining Clearstead he was the Founder and CEO of Bristlecone Advisors and The Clarius Group. Throughout Keith’s career, he has led advisory practices, guided leadership teams, and built long-term client relationships while developing innovative platforms to support comprehensive wealth management.

Keith obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Puget Sound, his MBA from the University of Washington, and holds the CFA designation. Keith currently serves on the boards of nonprofit organizations and is actively involved in community and philanthropic initiatives, including governance roles with family foundations.
