Kenneth R. Morgan, CFP®, CTFA, AEP®

Ken is President and CEO of Clearstead Trust, where he sets strategy, leads operations, and ensures the delivery of exceptional fiduciary, investment, tax, and planning services. He drives business development, manages key relationships, and aligns the firm’s objectives with those of its parent company to promote growth, profitability, and compliance. He has been working in the wealth management industry since 2001 and joined Clearstead in 2023, as a shareholder.

Ken brings expertise in client relationship management, risk oversight, and personalized wealth planning. Before joining Clearstead, he worked as Head of PCG Sales and Strategy at Clearstead Advisors, LLC, and previously held leadership roles at Hawthorn/PNC Private Bank in Cleveland, OH, and Wells Fargo Wealth Management (formerly Wachovia Private Bank) in Greenwich, CT. Throughout Ken’s career, he has led teams dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions to high- and ultra-high-net-worth families.

Ken obtained his degree in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Connecticut, his MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven, and holds the Certified Financial Planner® and Accredited Estate Planner® designations.
