Michael P. Shebak III

Mike Shebak is the Executive Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Sales and Marketing at Clearstead, where he supports the strategic direction, growth, and leadership of the firm’s enterprise sales and marketing initiatives. He has been working in the investment advisory industry since 1999, joined Clearstead in 2006, and has been a shareholder since 2010.

Mike brings expertise in institutional consulting, investment operations, and product management. Before joining Clearstead, he worked as a leader in investment advisory product management and investment operations for two large regional banks. Throughout Mike’s career, he has led initiatives to enhance client service and manage some of the firm’s most complex institutional relationships. In particular, Mike was head of the firm’s Institutional Client Services practice from 2015 to 2024.

Mike obtained his BA from Wittenberg University and his MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Mike currently serves on the Board of the Community Foundation of Lorain County as Chair of the Foundation’s Investment Committee, and on the Board of the Cleveland Chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
