Brianna Shughrou

Brianna Shughrou is a Managing Director at Clearstead Advisory Solutions, where she supports transition management, onboarding, and the delivery of customized planning and investment solutions. She has been working in the financial services industry since 1997 and joined Clearstead in 2024.

Brianna brings expertise in client service, operations, and trade execution. Before joining Clearstead she held client service and trade-related roles at Raymond James and American Funds. Throughout Brianna’s career, she has led efforts to strengthen client relationships, improve operational efficiency, and deliver proactive problem resolution.

Brianna obtained her business degree from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from Old Dominion University, and holds the Series 65 license. She is a volunteer with YWCA of South Hampton Roads and a member of United Way’s Women United and the young professionals group, tHRive.
