Brianna Shughrou

Brianna is a Managing Director at CAS, a division of Clearstead acquired in April 2024. She joined the team in 2006 and provides leadership in the management and growth of long-term private client relationships, consistently demonstrating integrity, sound judgment, and deep industry expertise. She serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for complex client engagements, acting as a strategic liaison between clients, portfolio managers, and internal and external firm partners.

Brianna brings over two decades of industry experience spanning service, trade related, and advisory roles at Raymond James Financial Services, American Funds, and Wilbanks, Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC. Brianna holds a business degree from the University of South Florida, an MBA and Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Old Dominion University, and the Series 65 license. She, her husband, and their two children enjoy travel, the outdoors, and being active

Throughout her career, Brianna has been actively engaged in the community, including volunteer work with the YWCA of Southampton Roads and Suffolk Youth Sports, as well as membership in United Way’s Women United and the young professionals’ group, tHRive.
