Connor Fanney

Connor Fanney is a Managing Director at Clearstead Advisory Solutions, where he supports portfolio management and investment strategy. He has been working in the investment industry since 2014 and joined Clearstead in 2024.

Connor brings expertise in financial markets, equity trading, and client liquidity solutions. Before joining Clearstead, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Wilbanks Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC (“WST”) until it was acquired by Clearstead. Throughout ’s career, he has led efforts in sourcing natural order flow, managing market risk, and driving revenue generation across the Financials and Closed-End-Fund sectors.

Connor obtained his BBA in Finance & Strategy from Boston University – School of Management. He currently serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.
