Albert Leshinsky

Albert Leshinsky is a Senior Managing Director, Advisor Recruiting at Clearstead, where he supports the firm’s leadership team by managing all aspects of advisor hiring, including initial recruitment activities and ensuring new advisors experience a successful transition to the organization. He has been working in the industry since 2013 and joined Clearstead in 2025.

Albert brings expertise in advisor recruiting, talent acquisition strategy, and leadership development. Before joining Clearstead he served as Head of JPMA Advisor Recruiting, Vice President at JP Morgan Chase. He also spent three years as Deputy Head of Wealth Manager Recruiting at First Republic Private Wealth Management, and held numerous leadership roles at UBS Wealth Management, where he spent the majority of his career.

Albert obtained his degree from the University of Maryland, R.H. Smith School of Business.
