Megan Fitton, CPA, CFP®

Megan Fitton is a Senior Managing Director at Clearstead Trust, where she supports clients by managing investment portfolios, establishing investment goals, setting portfolio policy, deriving asset allocation, and reviewing manager selection. She works closely with the Clearstead Trust team to ensure clients receive superior service. Megan has been working in the wealth management and tax planning industry since 2011 and joined Clearstead in 2024.

Megan brings expertise in portfolio management, financial planning, and tax strategy. Before joining Clearstead, she helped grow the Plimsoll Mark Capital business, providing portfolio management and planning services. Prior to that, she served as a senior tax specialist at Berry Dunn and as a senior accountant at Runyon Kersteen Ouellette, both regional certified public accounting firms based in Portland, Maine.

Megan obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine, her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, and holds CPA and CFP® designations. She also earned a certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University.
