Michael S. Dearden, ATP®

Michael Dearden is a Senior Managing Director in the Private Client Group at Clearstead, where he supports ultra-affluent clients across the United States by overseeing some of the firm’s largest and most complex family relationships. He has been working in the wealth advisory industry since 1994, joined Clearstead in 1995, and is a Clearstead shareholder.

Michael brings expertise in accounting, tax, investment strategy, financial planning, and family office services. Throughout Michael’s career, he has led business development efforts, including serving as Chairman of the Business Development Committee, and has played a key role in expanding the firm’s client base.

Michael obtained his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University. He volunteers his time and serves on several charitable boards, remaining actively involved in community and philanthropic initiatives.
