Theodore J. Robbins, CPA, CFP®

Ted joined Clearstead in 2014 and has over 10 years of tax planning and wealth management experience. Ted serves in an advisor role, where he is responsible for the communication and coordination of all aspects of private client services including tax planning, trust and estate planning, investment management, family education, and family office management.

Ted has held the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation since 2010 and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation since 2016. Prior to joining Clearstead, Ted worked as a tax consultant with RSM and Grant Thornton. In these roles, his primary focus was working with large pass-through entities and high-net worth individuals. Ted earned a BSBA in Accountancy and an MBA from John Carroll University. He holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from The Ohio State University. Ted serves as a Board Member of The Estate Planning Council of Cleveland, a member of the Cleveland Orchestra’s Planned Giving Advisory Council, and as a member of the Cleveland Museum of Art’s Planned Giving Council.
