Jamie H. Daher is a Director, Process Improvement at Clearstead, where she supports the enhancement and design of processes that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the firm. She has been working in the financial services industry since 2006 and joined Clearstead in 2024.

Jamie brings expertise in workflow optimization, operational strategy, and best practice implementation. Before joining Clearstead, she worked in various roles across the financial services industry, gaining a deep understanding of financial operations and process design. Throughout Jamie’s career, she has led initiatives that deliver impactful solutions benefiting both the firm and its clients.

Jamie obtained her degree from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA, and studied in London, UK.
