Caitlin A. Monahan, CAP®

Caitlin Monahan is a Senior Managing Director in the Private Client Group at Clearstead, where she supports clients and their families in developing comprehensive wealth plans that identify and accomplish their unique goals. She has been working in the financial planning industry since 2011, joined Clearstead in 2024, and has been a shareholder since 2025.

Caitlin brings expertise in retirement and income planning, equity compensation, executive benefit strategies, and wealth transfer. Before joining Clearstead, she worked as a Vice President and Financial Advisor at UBS and Fidelity Investments in Cleveland. Throughout Caitlin’s career, she has led planning initiatives tailored to the complex needs of high-net-worth individuals and families.

Caitlin obtained her degree in Finance & Economics from St. Bonaventure University and holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation. Caitlin currently serves on the Beaumont School Alumni Engagement & Advancement Committee and the Ambassador Committee for the First Tee of Cleveland, and volunteers with A Special Wish Cleveland and the American Heart Association.
