Lindsay Radisek

Lindsay Radisek is a Senior Managing Director at Clearstead, where she is a member of the Family Office team focused on business development, relationship management, and building out the firm’s family office segment. She has been working in the family office and financial services industry since 2019 and joined Clearstead in 2026.

Lindsay brings experience advising ultra‑high‑net‑worth families and family offices across governance, reporting and analytics integration, succession planning, and next generation education. Prior to joining Clearstead, she worked at PwC in Family Enterprise Advisory Services, serving as a relationship manager and business development lead and guiding family office engagements from initial discussions through delivery. Throughout her career, she has led complex family office engagements and collaborated closely with internal teams and external advisors to deliver practical, thoughtful solutions.

Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Georgetown University, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a Master’s degree in Wealth Management from Columbia University. She currently serves on the board of the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center in Bay Village and previously served ten years in the United States Marine Corps, including service in Afghanistan and work as a Russian interpreter for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency supporting nuclear nonproliferation and counterproliferation efforts.
